However, when you acquire the Resell Rights License version to my products, I pass on to you (and only you) a "license" to sell retail copies of this product for one low fee. Basically, you are buying the legal right to sell retail copies of this product for profit without incurring additional royalty cost. In this business arrangement you don't "own" the product, you are buying the legal right to sell retail copies for profit. This is very much like being a distributor for Coke?.
